To become an exhibitor must:
- agree with the Organizer of the exhibition area, type and location of the proposed stand
- read the terms of participation, complete and sign the application form for participation in the exhibition HERE, send it to the management organization of exhibitions of «VDNH» by fax +7 (495) 981-92-57 or by e-mail ,
- familiarize themselves with the exhibitor Directory HERE, fill out and sign the necessary forms and send them to the Office of the organization of exhibitions of «VDNH» in a timely manner:

on the basis of the application form and the forms of the exhibitor Directory Management organization of exhibitions of «VDNH» invoice for payment
- Pay the bill on time.
Reserve exhibit space after the receipt by the Office of the organization of exhibitions of «VDNH» application for participation in the exhibition with the signature and seal of the Exhibitor.

To post information about the Exhibitor (up to 600 characters) in the official catalog of the international forum «OPTICS-EXPO» Exhibitor fills out a form in English and Russian languages. Form you can get HERE.
Absolute requirement for advertising in the official catalog
(for exhibitors who have ordered advertising in the directory)
Format — a full advertising page, trim size 148 mm (width) x 210 mm (height)
Format — ½ advertising page, trim size 148 mm (width) x 105 mm (height)
The file must be saved with the extension Tif, Eps. Resolution — 300dpi
Color — CMYK
version of the software is not above the ADOBE CS3, Corel-X3
